Tracking a referral
NHS App users can view hospital referrals and appointments in one place and see a single point of contact and supporting information for appointments. A list of the trusts using the hospital appointments features is available.

Patient Initiated Digital Mutual Aid System (PIDMAS)
PIDMAS, is a Department of Health initiative to offer long waiters on secondary care out-patient lists the option to have their treatment elsewhere which may have shorter waiting times. Trusts are in the process of contacting eligible patients to offer this.
