Opening times

Phone lines for Bampton Surgery are open Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 6pm and for Carterton Health Centre, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 1pm.

If you need help when we are closed

If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.

NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.

Accessibility

There are 2 designated disabled parking spaces, for cars displaying a valid badge. They are immediately in front of the main entrance to the surgery. These open to a gently sloped path to the door.

There are automatic opening doors at the front entrance of both Bampton Surgery and Carterton Health Centre.

Both surgeries support the induction loop system at the reception desk and if required this can be moved to a consulting room for use with compatible hearing aids.

We also have disabled toilet facilities at Bampton although if help is needed you will need to bring someone with you.
