Did you ever serve in the British Military? The Royal Navy, The British Army, The Royal Airforce or the Royal Marines then please do let us know.
The Surgery do pick up that some of the registered patients have previously served in the HMF, these patients have notes confirming their Military Veteran status in their medical records, but we do need help in identifying Military Veterans
Bampton Medical Practice will place a note in your records to confirm you as a Military Veteran, this will be noted on any referrals that the GP's send to the Hospitals. But we need to know who you are first. If you have served in the British Military at any time in your life then please do inform the surgery using our contact details page.
